Who I Am

I'm innately curious. I'm stubborn. And I love language. Maybe that's why I've thrived as a writer, producer and film commissioner -- part detective, part diplomat, part problem solver and master crafter of stories.  


I believe words matter and I relish polishing copy until it shines. I believe in honoring my commitments and respecting a budget. I believe we succeed best when we accept each other's differences and play to each other's strengths.  


Most of all I believe the world is a pretty fascinating place and sharing stories brings us closer together. Nothing gives a me a bigger charge than figuring out the best way to tell a client's story -- and then executing to perfection.  

  

What I Do

I jump in with both feet to get up to speed on your business. I listen and ask questions so I can fully understand your communication goals and objectives. Then I work tirelessly to craft a creative approach that will engage your audience -- one that's smart, fresh and original. 


Production is a team sport that requires playing well with others. I've assembled crews in India, Russia and northern Europe, transported gear on an elephant and paid locals in cash from a backpack. Working internationally has taught me not to assume anything.  It's also taught me that most problems have a solution -- sometimes you've just got to get creative.  All productions have challenges -- that's what makes this work so incredibly interesting and rewarding.

This spot is part of an awareness campaign for TC Habitat's two metro area ReStores.  ReStores are home improvement outlets that sell donated building supplies, appliances and home decor. Revenue supports  TC Habitat programs.

This spot is part of a marketing campaign for Habitat's new open market mortgage program, designed to make home ownership possible for low and moderate income families.

This video is the first in an ongoing  series illuminating Habitat's mission, program benefits and community partners.

This video is one of five homeowner profiles that are part of Habitat's "Multiply the Impact" campaign.  We used photos, text and music to tell each Habitat homeowner's story.
